Cancellation Policy
Therapeutic Foreign Language Learning Service Refund Policy Cancellation Fees Within 7 days: no refund Within 2 weeks: 50% refund Minimum cancellation fee: 15% Cancellation Process To cancel, email [email protected] at least 2 weeks prior to start. Exceptions Contact us for a full refund for medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
